A girl is someone who has certain reproductive organs and a guy is the same.
If you want to wear cute dresses, be chased after, wear makeup and be allowed to "act like a girl" (or however your society deems to arbitrarily correct for a gender to act), then please just do it. You're a man and that solely means your biology. Your look and personality are unique, express it how you want.
