Lazy 3-levels in my shop and lazy 5-levels netted us about 4 QA fails last week, and now as one of the 3 remaining crew chiefs since the last guy got de-certified, there's a massive magnifying glass on everything I do. I have a reputation as a good worker and have a clean record of no fails but now I have so much extra scrutiny in my asshole from nervous supervision I can't help but get anxious that I'll inexplicably blow my record for no good reason and let down my squadron.
