It's been that way since I got the ncmpcpp mod installed - my seekbar never looked alright.
I had to change the vertical offset to be -2px's and the "width" of the character used for the head (which is the same as the other one, supposed to be a dash but looks like an apostrophe) to be "wider" so it moves up properly.
