This is the wallpaper from the Travel theme from Microsoft Plus! 95. I tried upscaling it with Gigapixel just for shits & giggles and it turned out surprisingly good considering the original was only 800x600. Upscaling the higher quality bmp version as opposed to the jpg version made a noticeable difference.
Background info about this wallpaper is rather scant. All I could find was that it's a photo of the Paddington railroad station, London, and probably taken in the late 40's/early 50's. No idea who the photographer is. It was licensed from Corbis and like a crap load of other Corbis images, it disappeared from the internet when Visual China Group bought Corbis in 2016.
