Here's an update on my Pocket Monsters themed startpage. I've been learning more to expand my knowledge on CSS borders as I did not use border-image or know it's properties or how it worked before. I think the Tic-Tac-Toe division thing is neat.
The screenshot looks different because I took it on my netbook but I did have to move back to my Windows 8 PC to post it (If anybody knows why 4chan capchas aren't playing nicely with older machines lately I would like to know, I know that's a more /g/ question but this is the place to ask.
