>to edit this image's contrast and color levels to resemble http://i.imgur.com/H2szLMt.png>to blur this image (not too much or whatever you think looks best, it's going to be used as a background to these icons, but white http://31.media.tumblr.com/201b93862fa38d3909180350ba5b309d/tumblr_n5566gnb7u1qmmxj7o2_500.png so they should be visible)>to blur the adjusted contrast image (same as above)
