a.) It's probably just gonna be stuff that was packaged with distros or downloadable from the distro's website (if its still obtainable). I haven't decided whether or not fanmade stuff is beyond the scope of the collection.
b.) It'll be a looooong time before it's completed & uploaded. The Bing archive with which I have my hands full is in development hell & it probably won't be finished until fall, possibly even winter.
