One thing still perplexes me about them though: Why does the perspective/angle seem to change some between each painting? You can see between painting 2 (Arcadian) & painting 3 (Golden Era) that the perspective seems to be switched from across the iconic rock hill at the edge of the bay, to looking out from inside of the bay with that iconic hill now on the right. Also, painting 3/golden era seems to be more zoomed out than painting 4/fall. I don't know if there's any significance or rhyme or reason to this, but it's just a cool detail. If anyone knows anything about this please let me hear it.
