We got Windowblinds 10 with the BetterAero7X (by NewInfinitePro & Fytuf) skin, Openshell with the WIN7LIKE COMBO revC skin, a patcher that replaces a lot of the default system icons with the ones from windows 7 (I have a feeling it just replaces the .dll files), OldNewExplorer, and 7+ Taskbar Tweaker. I've also replaced the sounds, added the startup, sign-in, and sign-out sounds (right now they are no longer working but I'll eventually get around to fixing them), reimplemented the old cursor, and made the icons you see on the desktop (particularly, I made the Krita, Blender, Creality Slicer,
Battle.net, Steam, and Discord icons).
This whole aesthetic is called Frutiger Aero. I know reddit is pretty cringe, but over on the Frutiger Aero subreddit they have a Discord sever. I would recommend you join it if you're interested in achieving this sort of look. Personally, I pretty regularly share icons I've made and give advice to others.
