as for Dex, i have an old galaxy 9 that i have had hooked up to my smart tv for the last 3 years or so. great for watching streaming content. the Dex wallpaper you commented to me on is my current phone and a touch screen i recently purchased. i brought it into the office to see how well it would work out and ended up just browsing 4chan at work all day instead of checking email and working. im pretty sure if you install a word processor or text editor, dex would be okay for light tasks.
