Growing up is weird, year after year hating every part of what you were before, and wondering if that will ever change. I'd imagine most great people experienced this though, because if you didn't you're probably never going to dig deeper than those around you.
The way I view it, we are all products of our failures, an uncountable set of mistakes that makes us better people.
