Having his limbs fade out to a blur is acceptable if that drawing style is too hard to mimic.
Also, I don't like how the lines form the rectangle (in the background) overlaps with the people in the foreground. It makes the people look transparent like ghosts. Please remove the lines that should be hidden by the people in the foreground.
