Everything will get better if you just put in the effort. Everything has gotten better and will continue to do so. I'll continue to put in the effort. Life is a grind, but when you get that it becomes easier. Just grind away for some hours every day and you'll get enough points in whatever test you need to pass in order to get to a good university.

Still have bit of a belly but it's where I needed to be to start feeling good about my physique. I just can't understand how losing weight is so hard for so many people. Just count your calories and when you've eaten ~1600kcal just stop eating for the day. Literally can't be easier. When you get an overwhelming hunger just eat protein bar or Alpen for 150kcal and you can go couple hours again without feeling too bad of a hunger.
