Holy crap this is bad advice. See a doctor, surely, but don't expect salvation in a pill. Speaking as someone who took pharmaceuticals for faaaar too long. Medical science is awesome at curing acute problems. Chronic problems, not so much.
As everyone has said. Exercise is great. Find something you enjoy. Yoga, Tai Chi, Martial arts in general are great for obtaining a sense of peace.
Do something you think matters. Doesnt matter what it is, or if you can accomplish it today. Working towards it will give you a sense of purpose.
Find some sense of wonder in the world. For me, this was greatly aided by hallucinogens, but they are not for everyone. Be sure that you are in a place you feel comfortable and around people who contribute same.
