I very, very honestly think that they suffer from a mix of lead poisoning and untreated mental illness. In fact, I believe that about most of the rural states because its so easy to hide and our infrastructure is dated.
Its sad, but I also don't regret stomping racist ass the couple of times that I was able to lure them out and get away with it. Being a big burly German descendent has its perks for getting an in ;)
