I wouldn't mind if we stopped giving Israel LITERALLY 10 MILLION DOLLARS A DAY, completely dismantled Obamacare, and used the money saved to create an effective single-payer healthcare system. I think it would also have the effect of reducing terrorism on our soil.
These are just my personal beliefs, and I'm willing to be flexible if presented with a better argument.
