I took the screenshot itself from a Sega CD emulator at the native resolution. I didn't like any other versions of this wall because they always had it scaled up and looked like shit so I wanted to be sure I had it at it's native resolution.
From there, it was only a matter of increasing the top and right borders of the image.
I also have a 1920x1080 version but I'll only post it if anybody isn't willing to increase the size on their own.
