>>7410754Something that helps me with the 'hearing God' thing is the fact that I am Presbyterian, which inherently dictates predestination. It's a minor comfort to tell myself that I do not hear God because he does not need to speak to me to save me, for I have already been saved. My salvation has been decided already, and needs no further discussion.
At least, that's what I hope. I'm not sure if predestination entails that those chosen to have eternal life will act inherently good, making pious decisions automatically.
