Showing all the characters without scaling the image down (hence losing quality) just cant be done. The image is just under twice as wide as your monitor and just a bit taller. Displaying it without scaling would mean cropping their feet off and you would have to decide whether to look at Artorias or Priscilla, and half of Lautrec either way. No room to move them around as they take up the full image pretty much.
