There is tons of evidence from tourists and documentaries (not just MSM but alternative news) that show that a lot of those shops and monuments are empty. For the people that claim that ICE detention centers are a living hell, they sure do turn a blind eye to NoKo torture camps where guards rape and kill with impunity and you are born into the camps.
