>>7211981I agree, just gonna play devils advocate here, culture isn't a static thing, it's constantly evolving. That's just the natural way of things. Tradition might be the preservation of fire but you can't keep the same few logs burning forever. As long as it's a gradual process that spans tens or hundreds of generations, it's fine because that's just the natural way of things. It only becomes problematic when it's artificial - forcing change, be it out of guilt or "progressiveness".
