if it is embebed in the wallpaper itself then the simplest way would be to have each wallpaper have him in a different place, but it woudl be even cooler if you could make it be a second layer and move that layer around, so it woudl be independent of the wallpaper and also it wouldnt just tp and rather move smoothly.
