Localizations that tripped me up reviewing this just now, repeated for my own benefit:
Pronator drift = UMN corticospinal tract of brain or spinal cord --> mild weakness of upper extremity
Wrist drop = radial nerve
Foot drop = L5 if weak foot inversion, peroneal if normal foot inversion. Makes sense because L5 root is higher; more functions affected
Essential tremor = unknown, maybe thalamus
Resting tremor = basal ganglia (STN)
Intention tremor = ipsilateral cerebellum
Choreathetosis = basal ganglia again (caudate?)
Ankle clonus = UMN dysfunction of corticospinal tract
