Left taskbar is ugly because it is fat. The black is also too black, try setting a higher alpha channel if you can. The overall skin is nice, just the color(b/w) pop too much for a flat design, and a calm background. I like to reduce my icon usage as much as possible you have a hotkeys for windows explorer(Win+e) you don't need the icon.
