Can this image be resized to at least 1366x768, or preferably any other 16:9 resolution without being pixelated? Maybe a possibility to convert it into a resizeable vector image because it doesn't have too much going on in there? I don't know, I just want it for my wallpaper. Also, that sign on the shield should either be made sharp instead of an edgy mess that it is right now, or preferably, sign from these images should be put in there instead of it:
