Can I get a font recommendation? I like the blocky look of the one on the left, but I'm looking for something with less weight, maybe at a similar level to the one on the rest.

The bottom is kind of gross. Does your launcher support app drawer folders? You could kill the dock, lose the page indicator, make some folders in the drawer, and tuck it all away.
