This sounds like some beta orbiter bullshit but it might be best in your situation. Telling her how you feel might be super risky since she's also your partner/coworker.
Things might change, you never know.
Also, finding a mate based on hobbies, interests and things you like is not (i think) the way to go. You should do it based on values for a real meaningful relationship, I learnt that the hard way.
