Wallpaper needs to be more interesting (maybe add a biohazard symbol or something you feel would mesh with the theme) in order to make the space feel more balanced. Not a fan of the icon placement, unless you did that for one handed use, in which case I think it's a smart idea.

I would love to see smaller icons (try MIN), but that's just my personal opinion. Neat wallpaper, good icon and widget placement, etc.

Is the arc at the top displaying battery percentage? It appears that you already have it displayed in text, so that visual seems unnecessary. I would personally remove it if it were mine to manipulate, but it's not, so you can make the call.

Font for the clock feels a little too cartoony if that makes any sense. Try going with something a little more serious and angular.
Mine has some obvious problems that need fixing, but I have yet to actually take the time to do anything further. Suggestions, comments, and criticism welcome.
