Bottom thing shows the row that's hidden by default. It's mostly NSFW links, and as I use the same new tab page on my laptop I figured it'd be cool if I got the lewd stuff "hidden" by default but still easy to access (one scroll down).

Also, how come the minimise/expand/close buttons are on the same layer as your tabs? My browser has an extra layer just for those buttons (see pic, top right). It's one of the things I hoped I could change somehow, but didn't find out how and gave up in the end. - But considering you have it like that I guess it's possible after all? Do you know how to do it?
