Chun-li should be right at the center but please leave about 250 pixels of empty space both at the top and bottom of the image.
Please remove the big bag next to her and the grey shadows around her thighs too. I think the shadow on the right (her left thigh) is supposed to be the back of her clothes but it looks kind of bad.
For the background, I think the yellow to white gradient that the artists made looks very good, but a solid yellow color like the one right there in the picture looks nice (R: 255 G: 185 B: 93) so if that's easier just go with that.
