What I'd like exactly is the following:
1. pic related should be extended to the right until it is exactly 2887 pixels wide (that should make it exactly 16:9 if I'm not mistaken). The vertical resultion should be left unchanged.
2. The background pattern should be maintained as consistently as possible throughout the extended portion of the pic.
3. The "tube" thing in the lower right needs to be touched up so that it looks "complete" and not cut off. This is WAY beyond my photoshopping skills, so I can understand if this is too much for anyone else as well.
4. The signature in the lower left should be erased.
