nobody wants me long term. last month I started a job. I was promised I'd be busy helping the company migrate from one ATS to another. I started helping our sister companies as well. I'm only halfway through my 90day probationary period and I have nothing to do. I seriously doubt they'll hire me on full time w/ benefits next month. I've been in dozens of bands in the past decade and they all seem to fizzle out and die right after I join.
