As for How I began, I began in my sixth grade of school and just on and off went at it. My best advice is to simply look up tutorials online. That's literally all I ever did in My classes. Once you learn a technique, try to assimilate it into your own "for fun" work.
One thing to keep in mind is Layers, it's all about the layers bby! Also, duplicate your layers man. I honestly wish I could give more advice but heres another I made after I made the thread. Much love to you guys!!
