Okay here's a guide for all of you asking how to do this.
Things you need -
Nova Launcher,
Zooper Widget,
uccw (search 'uccw skin' on the play store for lots of skins)
Minimalistic Text,
A wallpaper above 720x1280, 1920x1080 is preferred,
A good sense of graphic design,
Creativity,
Try all three of the widget apps so you can get a good sense of which one you like using, I suggest Zooper considering it's much more customizable than the other two. Use a preset if you want but make sure you edit it to your liking, creating your own is encouraged. Lurk on these kinds of threads to get wallpapers and ideas, you are encouraged to use them, just don't copy.
You don't need to root your phone but it is also encouraged, as is installing a custom ROM. You will not regret it (unless you brick your phone). Lastly keep in mind that nothing is perfect and as long as you like your home screen, that's all that matters. Good luck and keep posting.
