I lurk often in this board but i'd like to contribute some OC for a change.
>>6589833>>6593361I've struggled and tried to learn this for a very long time and I mean a VERY long time but although it's pretty hard to trust an anon from a random board, let me say that it IS possible.
The key is to have balance, spend time with other people that you know, spend time with people that you dont know (walking around, hanging out at the park etc.) and spend time completely alone with just you and your thoughts. It is extremely liberating, but I do admit its very hard to do.
It's hardest to be alone with your thoughts, which usually leads to being alone with your regrets, but once you accept that those are just a part of 'you' then the more comfortable you will be with confronting them during your alone time.
