I don't actually live here, a bit south. The city's a complete shithole, unfortunately. Macon used to be a beacon in Georgia, it's lost half its population in the last 30 years. Last year through August it had a higher homicide rate per 100k than Detroit, Baltimore, and Chicago. Not sure if it finished the year that strong or not.
Will only be here a few more years at the most, originally moved from Tampa, Florida last year for work.
