I have an annoying problem that I must make my own wallpaper or I feel "off." I usually draw when I do this. So is there a way, as an amateur, I could take a picture like this? Is there some sort of photo filter that applies this ghost green fog effect? I kind of want the image to be very blurry, blurrier than the one attached, so i'm pretty sure i can get away with a shit quality camera
