Things could be comfortable now but, if anything at all goes bad, you probably be the first "expense cut". Changing jobs on a regular basis allows you to make new connections and to learn new things (it might not be technical, though). In IT this is quite common and HR will not judge you that much. On the topic of flexible schedules, I'm pretty sure a lot of the companies that contacted you would allow you to do that. Don't be afraid of changing things and focus on your career improvement (this could mean both income increases and knowledge). And never forget: keep looking for jobs even if you're employed. Never put all eggs inside one bag only.
