In getting these hi res images I had to find them via an ancient internet tech forum which I wish I could link or post screenshots cuz it was a genuine blast from the past full of posts from 2006.
Thing that was hilarious to me was at the time people were talking about how overrated Halo 1 and 2 were, one guy even said Goldeneye was the superior console FPS, one guy saying if Halo 3 ever comes to the PC he might be interested (lol). Just a funny reaction of old 00s pc cynicism.
Wonder what they'd think if they could see the halo nostalgia that exists right now
