I always love the circle icon layout. Make the top icon match the others, and move the icons down to circulation the sign and it's an 8.5/10. Make the clock not a default one, and it's 9-10/10.

Sooo many icons on your Lockscreen. Home screen is extremely crowded. The blue doesn't match, neither does the weather. Check out Minimalistic Text, I feel that would benefit the layout you are going for, especially with the clock and weather.
