>>6395088ms paint master here, first you need a text editor to open index.html, i recommend notepad++. then open index.html and just edit everything. look at all the colors from my screenshot above and then go into the code and identify those colors. then just change them. the categories are named in the little section, to add your sites just follow the layout in the code. for the wallpaper, take your fav wallpaper and name it "bg.jpg" and put it in the homepage folder.
