If someone violates that trust in one of the worst ways possible (cheating (she didnt even try to work things out)).
Then i would say she didnt play by the rules of teamwork at all.
Whilst cheating is a more nuanced situation than people give it credit, it doesnt change the severity of her poor choice and the impact it has on OP.
OP should dump her out off principle or regret it for the rest of hist life.
She chose her own happiness over OPs, what is stopping her from doing it again, if OP is just going to take her back.
