Just keep applying for local jobs. Walk in and ask for applications in person. Good piece of advice I got from a friend was that you probably won't get hired by anyone that doesn't see your face. Online applications are bullshit if you don't have a resume. I got my first job a few months ago (also 25) after looking for like three years.
