And i read the first book, so don't take my opinion for someone who knows everything of the series, by the way it's really cool, it's darker in the first chapter and a little lighter (more war like to be honest) in the second, which is last light. I heard Stalker it's a must have in terms of Rpg, but i bet you'll like Metro, the story is well made, since the creator is a good writer.
