Really it's just a matter of your aesthetic appeal being different than the next persons, but that's a given when interacting on 4chan. It's not like there aren't annoying things about newfags, and the retarded shit they pull, but that's a constant everywhere. I mean literally, everywhere. Plus, it's not that hard to just scroll past stuff you've seen before. Also, it's not like quality content can be generated at the pace that it is consumed, so it's natural to get some redundancy in posts.
There is no shit to get together, this is just how communities operate. Eventually people will get to the place where they are competent enough to not annoy the living shit out of people, but that comes by learning how to not annoy the living shit out of people by annoying the living shit out of people and reaping the consequences of it.
