complete disregard for Luke Skywalkers entire character-progression throughout the entire original trilogy,
wide plethora of useless characters added for the sake of "feminism and diversity" (murder your darlings is a basic saying in movie writing),
Rey is a Mary-Sue character riddled with Deus Ex Machina fallacies that have NO room for character-development. You will never see MaREY Sue in a situation like pic related.
Using "The Force" as an excuse to cover up lazy and bad plot-writing does not make the plot good.
I could go on, but I don't really need to.
Its a visually astounding effect-movie made to please a consumer-base. Its a Michael Bay movie with a Feminist twist and a Star Wars logo on it.
