Here's mine, rooms too small to get it all in one shot, also, I designed and built the desk myself.
There's been a few modifications since then;
The shelving unit has moved next to the TV so that it can be used to hide the wires and blue paint square thing
A cable run has been added under the desk to make cables tidier (they were previously taped up there)
Things I think I need to add/change;
New chair
New keyboard and mouse
Get speakers
Put shelf on wall, find better way to make cables from TV tidy
