It's a 1920x1200 screenshot of Alien Isolation, which I then took the HUD out of by hand, blurred edges, 'shopped some of the video distort out, coloured a little by hand, enhanced the stars (and also went over the colour split with white to make it look less retro) and finished off with a little bit of hand-done depth of field. Only a little.
