1. the mosquitoes are the urgent problem. Get a good spray (Hit, but outlawed in US ... try Sawyer picaridin) and a mosquito net.
2. work on yourself. Go out and walk or run for an hour. Or (better) swim or bike, if available. Quit eating junk; get some fruit, cheese, and water in you.
3. fuck video games. Go start a course on the Great Courses, or Coursera etc. Make the computer hours count, level up for real.
4. you do all that, I promise you, you'll sleep at night. give it 30 days, you'll stop hating yourself. give it 90, you'll actually be a better self.
