One of my favorite artists is a band called Dangers, on the album 'Messy, Isn't it?' it starts out with him screaming "why didn't you kill yourself today?" It's one of my favorite albums. There's nothing like having someone grab you by the throat and screaming for a purpose. Good luck to you as well.
